FUNDING AVAILABLE FROM THE UC TOBACCO & DRUG FREE

The UC Tobacco & Drug Free Coalition is now accepting applications for funding for 2012 projects or programs addressing substance abuse.
The categories of funding are following:
    1. Prevention/education,
    2. Treatment/intervention,
    3. Law enforcement.

Deadline for applications is November 4^th, 2011. Click on the link for Application Form below or call the Health Department at 765-458-5393 to get an application. Applications can be mailed to or dropped off at the Health Department in Liberty. Address is 6 W South Street - Suite 2, Liberty, IN 47353.
